In the assessment session, you will…
Discover Whose Expectations You Are Living By and Set New Ones that Will Help You Succeed.
During your session, we will discuss where you have been in life, where you want to be, and if you have been living by your expectations or by ones others have put on you. Discovering unspoken expectations and taking control of them can remove uncertainty and fear that has been holding you back from embracing the future.
Evaluate Your Goals and Set Your Foundation
We will look at your goals (past and future) and do some discovery work on opportunities you would have liked to accomplish and see what is possible to bring into this next season of life.
Inventory Your Skills, Character Traits, Strengths, and Weaknesses
Receive worksheets and templates for getting a clear vision on your next steps toward designing a life you will love.
When you attend the session, you will also receive a booklet with a recap of what we will cover in your assessment, including the nine steps to design your perfect life. Knowing these steps will help you overcome any worry or anxiety that has been holding you back, so you will have the confidence to build your plan.
I really wasn’t sure what I wanted to do once I retired and was feeling really lost. After the assessment call, I really got excited about moving forward with some new ideas. I now have a little side business and love what I am doing. I couldn’t have done it with out the guidance and help I received.
I was always a good provider for my family, but it required a lot of time away from home, and my family relationships suffered. I wasn’t sure how to rebuild those connections after retiring. I was also concerned because all my success was job-based. Without the job, I didn’t know who I was. Living Authentically After 55 has been a lifesaver. My marriage is stronger than ever and we love traveling together. I am writing a book now.
When I was younger, I wanted to be a ballroom dancer. I knew I couldn’t do it as a career, so I pushed it to the side and forgot about it. I was bored after retiring and getting very lonely. I decided to check out Living Authentically After 55 and I am so glad I did. After doing the assessment, I was reminded of my dream to ballroom dance. Now, I have friends in the dance community and dance every week. The program has helped me in so many other ways too. I highly recommend it.
